2008 ZINZILLA Zinfandel

ZINZILLA expresses dense layers of raspberries, chocolate, pepper and spice.

This big brooding monster Zinfandel may color your teeth but it is balanced and has achieved a delicacy that is accomplished by keeping the alcohol at 14.8%.

Big wines are meant to accompany flavorful food.  Barbecue, ribs, burgers and grilled steak are all excellent pairings.
