Our Wines
I have always been a winemaker who does not believe in overprocessing a wine; the more natural a wine is when bottled, the better it will be when consumed. I am a great believer in varietal wines, those in which the character of each varietel is there in abundance, not masked under heavy oak flavors or lost due to excessive handling. From experience I know that with traditional winemaking principles and good vineyard practices, Nature and I can make a better, more natural wine—one which shows the variety it came from and the soils in which it was grown. The red wines that we make here at our winery are robust, deep in color and flavor, yet soft and lush on the palate. The white wines capture the full varietal flavors and are balanced with a crisp, delicate taste; they are the kind of wines that we enjoy on our table.
