2018 French Colombard

Winemaker Notes

McNab Ridge’s 2018 French Colombard pays tribute to wine pioneer John Parducci, who made his first French Colombard in 1945, as well as to winegrower Bill Neimi, who spent decades farming choice grapes. The 2018 dry farmed, head pruned French Colombard grapes are grown in Neimi Vineyard by Alvin Tollini, Bill’s grandson.  The wine is off-dry with aromas and flavors of citrus blossom, white peach, candied lemon peel & passion fruit.  A divinely pleasant wine on its own or an amazing pairing with your favorite spicy dish or sushi
